About Us
E & L Commercial Power, Inc. was founded by Robert Neville
in 2002. Bob began repairing commercial and residential
landscape equipment, and more recently, developed the
ground-breaking Black Pearl. Mary
Neville joined the company in August of 2006 to help with
customer service, bookkeeping and other administrative
duties. Prior to opening this
business, Bob worked at Lesco for several years. He is
an authorized
dealer for Briggs & Stratton and Kawasaki.
The Black Pearl project has been in development since 2005
and has been shown at the Connecticut Grounds Keeper
Association Conference in Hartford in 2005 and 2006. In
2007 the Black Pearl was shown at the GIE+Expo show in
Louisville, Kentucky.
