This commercial grade, dual-tank spray system and spreader incorporates patented technology (US-2007-0084946-A1) devised and manufactured in Connecticut. The Black Pearl provides turf maintenance professionals with an essential tool that they can count on to be both highly efficient and durable. Turf fields, expansive lawns, and other large grassed areas can be sprayed and seeded more thoroughly, in less time, and with far fewer mechanical problems.

Robert Neville’s thirty years experience with competitors’ sprayer/spreaders led him to rethink completely how this equipment should be designed to meet end-user needs. The result, the Black Pearl, utilizes Bob’s patented design, creating an improved machine that can stand up to the toughest demands of groundskeepers and other turf maintenance pros.

E&L Commercial Power Equipment, Inc. is an entirely family-owned business operated by Robert and Mary Neville in South Windsor, Connecticut. Bob’s clients, who themselves are often small landscaping companies, grew impatient with machines that too often broke down when they were most needed. Bob repeatedly offered his extensive experience with small engine repair to large companies manufacturing sprayer/spreaders to correct defects, but he typically got either no response or a negative one. Finally, Bob and his wife Mary decided to make the sacrifice to pool their resources so that Bob could focus his energies on creating an easy to use, efficient, and, most importantly, reliably durable machine that would function year after year. The result was the Black Pearl.

E-FAB, LLC owner, Eric Whittenburg, has been instrumental in providing the vital manufacturing techniques required to produce the Black Pearl to exacting specifications. Each unit is meticulously crafted so that purchasers can count on receiving a high quality product.
